Q. - What source material formats do you accept?
A. - We are capable of pulling material from DVD, Blu-Ray, Mini-DV, 3/4", S-VHS, VHS, Laserdisc and CD-Rom. We also
accept Digital Files (QuickTime, AVI, etc.) as long as they were created with a standard codec. There is an additional
charge to transfer other formats (Beta, Digi-Beta, etc.) to one of our usable formats. Please note: we do not capture
Blu-Ray at full 1080P quality.
Q. - What different formats can you output my demo reel to?
A. - We can output your demo to DVD, Mini-DV, S-VHS, VHS, and a number of Digital File Types (QuickTime, AVI, Flash,
etc.) for uploading to the web, playing on your iPhone, and more.
Q. - How long does it take for you to finish a reel?
A. - Each and every reel is different, so there is not a definite answer to this question. It also depends on how busy we are at
that time. We always do our best to accommodate our client's needs, but the turn around time is usually 3-5 business days.
Q. - Do you offer any discounts?
A. - We give clients a $15 credit for referrals. The credit is good anytime towards our packages, updates, and/or additional
copies. It is our way of saying "Thank you". Please note, the referral must be a new client and purchase a demo reel
package for credit to be awarded. We also give a price break if you need multiple reels and/or a reel and a website.
